Job summary

Mullins Mechanical and Welding seeks a Construction Recruiter to manage recruitment for assigned clients, maintain candidate pipelines, and execute pre-employment activities. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and builds strong candidate relationships to support project staffing.

The recruiter will own ATS management, weekly reporting, and job postings while collaborating with project teams to forecast hiring needs for ongoing construction work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in construction (3–5 years).
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Post jobs to ATS and job boards; source candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews; filter for open roles.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and SMEs; collect feedback.
• Present offers to candidates and manage pre-employment steps.
