ManpowerGroup seeks a Construction Quality Manager / Supervisor to lead on-site QA/QC for large-scale data center construction in Phoenix, AZ. You will partner with contractors and internal teams to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction and PM, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. A related associate degree is preferred and Bluebeam experience is a plus. 6-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED acceptable; higher degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in construction, quality assurance/quality control, or PM.
• Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onsite QA/QC to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Partner with contractors and stakeholders to inspect work and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain production tracking, QC systems, and audit docs.
• Review operations and collaborate with teams to resolve challenges.
• Monitor quality metrics, prepare reports, and support audits.
