Qualifications

• 3-10 years of Project Management experience on projects valued at $50 million or larger.
• Experience working in a self-performing environment.
• Union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in motivating the project team.
• Manage the project using established project controls.
• Communicate with construction manager, architects and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly reports for internal and external use.
• Provide jobsite leadership in safety and quality.
