Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8+ years of experience with a construction management or general contractor organization including management or lead engineering role for large construction project (> $75M).
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams on complex projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages all engineering processes with construction management.
• Ensures procedure manuals for all processes are followed and presented to team members.
• Trains and educates project team in procedures, document posting and submittal review.
• Facilitates project meetings with A/E and Owners.
• Works with Project Engineers and Superintendents to coordinate jobsite safety.
• Manages RFI process and prepares front end documents.
• Expedites material deliveries and processes change orders.
• Establishes and manages schedule, cost, and control procedures.
• Writes scopes of work for bid packages and assists with bid openings and tabulations.
