You will support owner/client presentations, design development, and bid documents while coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in commercial construction, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools, estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with light industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned projects and assist with project management tasks under supervision.
• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Contribute to design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervisor and help prepare budgets, schedules, and bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts; help prepare profit projections.
• Facilitate jobsite coordination meetings and prepare status reports.
• Conduct project close-out duties including final cost, punch list, final billing, and fee collection.
