Job summary

JARBO in Shawnee, KS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up construction, tenant improvements (TI), and service/maintenance projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships across multiple project types in a robust on-site role.

The position offers a base salary of $95,000–$110,000 plus bonus potential based on project performance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Primavera or comparable PM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up, TI, and service/maintenance projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports; process pay apps, change orders, and POs with accuracy.
• Serve as primary client contact for owners, tenants, and stakeholders; lead project meetings and provide regular updates.
• Solicit bids, qualify and award subcontractors; manage performance and resolve field conflicts.
• Maintain full project documentation including RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and warranties; provide internal reports to leadership.
