Complete Construction LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial and retail developments in Shawnee, KS. This onsite role offers a full-time schedule with travel projects and per diem support.

You will oversee fast-paced builds, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive project success from inception through completion. Qualified candidates have extensive experience in commercial project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction and retail/QSR projects.
• Strong accountability and ownership mindset with a track record of meeting fast-paced schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a respectful but firm leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Directed all phases of ground-up commercial projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within established budget parameters.
• Coordinated with subcontractors and vendors to maintain a seamless workflow on fast-paced retail and QSR job sites.
• Communicated project milestones and potential risks proactively to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Resolved complex logistical and technical on-site obstacles by implementing creative, proactive problem-solving strategies.
• Strengthened project outcomes by maintaining an organized, detail-oriented approach to documentation and contract management.
• Evaluated project progress against strict timelines to ensure 'Complete Construction' standards of quality are met or exceeded.

Education

Associate Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
