Job summary

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation seeks a Construction Manager to oversee Quality Control, Site Safety and Health Officer duties, and Superintendent responsibilities on a federal project at Big Bend National Park, Texas. The role requires on-site leadership and adherence to FAR 52.246-12 and EM385.1-1.

Candidates should have 10+ years in construction with 5+ years in QC or supervision, strong safety management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades on complex site work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years as a Quality Control Inspector or superintendent on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience in preparing and enforcing Quality Control/Safety programs on contracts of similar size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence and oversee all construction activities and related trades.
• Manage quality control, safety programs, and subcontractor coordination to meet contract requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, RFI's, and change orders with accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and related safety standards.
