Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S is looking for a Construction Manager to join our Project Management Group located in Albany, NY. The successful candidate will assist in the development of project plans and lead on-site teams for smaller projects. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and safety culture.

An Associate degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years of experience is required. Salary range is $80,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• Working in a professional construction management role is a must.
• Experience managing multi-discipline construction projects is required.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of plans, schedules, and work alongside project teams.
• Manage overall project construction scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead the on-site project team for smaller scale projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor contract management.
• Participate in creating a safety culture in the office and jobsite.
