Job summary

Raydeo Enterprises Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on a commercial construction project. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure work aligns with plans and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct daily site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Monitor quality control and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
