Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor to lead subcontractor activities, monitor costs and uphold quality at each stage of home building.

With 3–5 years of end-to-end construction experience and knowledge of building codes and scheduling methods, you will drive cost control and ensure customer expectations are exceeded. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing the entire construction process.
• Knowledge of building code requirements.
• Scheduling methods knowledge.
• Supervisory skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
