• Review preconstruction preparation for projects.
• Create materials lists and perform quantity take-offs from blueprints and field conditions.
• Order and procure materials.
• Review and provide input on job schedules.
• Determine critical path items for scheduling and project reporting.
• Review subcontractor contracts and scopes.
• Lead communications with project team and resources.
• Review submittals for technical data.
• Utilize project management applications and changing technologies.
• Allocate resources including subcontractors and direct labor.
• Code resources and track labor.
• Establish full scope of change orders and deviations from drawings.
• Prepare and communicate RFIs to owners, architects and engineers.
• Provide information for pricing of change orders and directives.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and Millstone/internal safety standards.
• Quality assurance and quality control.
• Emergency preparedness and response.
• Prepare project reports and progress meetings with subcontractors and owners.
• Publish weekly reporting.
• Document field conditions and changes for As-Built drawings.
