Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes and plans projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Acts as liaison to outside contractors to schedule and follow up on work.
• Visits project sites regularly for compliance checks.
• Assists in reviewing plans for construction projects.
• Ensures projects meet specifications.
• Attends plan reviews with architects and engineers.
• Performs quality control functions.
• Plans and coordinates daily workforce on the job site.
• Instructs and trains employees on equipment operation.
