3DCP Companies is seeking a dependable Construction General Laborer to support field crews across residential, commercial, and specialty projects in Greater Salt Lake City.

The role involves site prep, material handling, tool operation, and safety compliance; you will work with foremen and trades to keep projects on track, with opportunities for travel.

On-site schedule is demanding, with 50+ hours/week anticipated; compensation includes hourly pay ($18–$20) plus travel premium and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, maintenance, or general labor preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, lift 50+ lbs in varied conditions.
• Ability to read basic instructions and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Field Support & Site Prep: assist trades with measuring, cutting, assembly, and site cleanup.
• Tool & Equipment Operation: safely use hand and power tools and inspect equipment for safety.
• Material Handling: unload, receive, track, and stage materials; dispose of debris.
• Safety & Quality Standards: follow OSHA standards and participate in daily safety meetings.
