Job summary

Reeves Young in Sugar Hill, GA is seeking a field support professional to assist the superintendent with on-site construction supervision. You will help coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials to keep the project on schedule and within safety standards.

You will maintain daily progress reports, photos, payroll and equipment time, and communicate with the project team and trade contractors. This role offers growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings, specifications, RFIs, and subcontracts.
• Strong scheduling and cost awareness.
• Attention to detail to spot discrepancies on plans.
• Physical capability to perform job duties on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising on-site construction under the Superintendent.
• Coordinate activities of field workers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain daily progress reports, payroll, equipment time, and field reports.
• Participate in project meetings regarding schedule, safety, manpower needs.
• Oversee permits and inspections, attend progress meetings.
