Job summary

M/I Homes in Dallas seeks a Construction Supervisor in training to learn under Construction Managers. You will coordinate on-site activities, monitor quality, schedule tasks, and assist in inspections to ensure homes meet standards.

The role requires basic construction knowledge, a willingness to travel, and strong teamwork. A degree in construction management or relevant experience is preferred; training will cover safety, processes, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction Management preferred or at least three years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of home building industry, codes, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QCI process with staff to assure 100% complete homes at delivery.
• Coordinate on-site activities and monitor progress and quality.
• Assist in scheduling subcontractors and materials for construction phases.
• Train in M/I Homes processes and construction phases including warranty and safety.
