Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process components, and final products within an industrial manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will conduct daily compressive strength testing, inspect pour operations, and monitor production. Must have a high school diploma and QC experience; ACI/PCI certification is preferred or must be earned within 3 months. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Quality control experience in related industry.
• ACI / PCI certification preferred or to be obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
• Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
• Monitor production operations as required.
• Assist with strip, setup, and pouring of products.
• Report process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns to management.
• Other duties as needed.
