Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops.
• Access to a computer and the Internet for daily tasks.
• Ability to confirm service times with customers via tech portal.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.
• Visit multiple work sites throughout the day to complete tickets.
• Pick up parts from assigned FedEx or UPS store before onsite visits.
