Job summary

Help At Home, LLC in Jackson, MS is seeking an Office Support Assistant to manage caregiver compliance, credentialing, and documentation. This on-site role supports the home care team with a focus on accuracy, organization, and regulatory adherence.

You will schedule fingerprinting, coordinate with caregivers, and maintain records in HHAeXchange while handling high-volume, deadline-driven tasks. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in an administrative/clerical role.
• Home care, healthcare, caregiver compliance or credentialing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver compliance, credentialing, and documentation.
• Tackle compliance backlog with a goal of approximately 20 completions per week.
• Manage an assigned group of approximately 170 clients/caregivers.
• Schedule caregivers for fingerprinting and compliance requirements.
• Answer and triage incoming calls while keeping priority work on track.
• Maintain accurate information in HHAeXchange.
• Support new and existing caregivers through compliance processes.
