Summary:

The On Site Coordinator is responsible for health events in the community and corporate settings. Responsibilities include coordinating setup, managing traffic flow, breakdown, transporting supplies and equipment, collecting fees, scheduling appointments, acting as a liaison between the community and healthcare facilities, coordinating duties of the screening team and volunteers, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in community health, wellness, or health promotion.

Key Responsibilities for BayCare Kids Mobile Medical Clinic:
  • Oversee on-site clinic operations and administration
  • Manage clinic setup and breakdown
  • Conduct team huddles before clinics to ensure smooth patient check-in and flow
  • Review and complete patient paperwork
  • Participate in community outreach efforts
  • Assist with grant reporting
  • Obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
Qualifications:
  • Required: 1 year in Community Health, Wellness, or Health Promotion
  • Preferred: 3 years in Healthcare
  • Preferred: 3 years in a Supervisory Role in a related field
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related field; or an Associate's in Nursing
  • Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English
