Giga Energy is hiring for an on-site Cx Assistant to support commissioning activities at data center sites. You will work with the Commissioning Manager and Site Leads, handling documentation, scheduling, and test coordination as you learn the commissioning process on complex buildings.

Ideal for detail-obsessed individuals seeking a clear career path toward Site Lead or Cx Lead, with 3–6 month site assignments and long-term relocation as projects progress.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in commissioning, construction, or related field.
• Familiarity with MEP and electrical systems through coursework or early field experience.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working in an active construction environment with multiple trades.

Aufgaben

• Support the Commissioning Manager and Site Leads with day-to-day administration of commissioning activities across MEP and electrical systems.
• Maintain and organize the commissioning record package, including test results and deficiency logs.
• Track deficiencies through to closure and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist in preparing commissioning plans, FPT scripts, and IST procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor schedules for startup and testing.
• Attend pre-functional inspections and functional tests, noting observations for the Site Lead.
• Support punch list tracking and owner turnover documentation.
• Assist with RFI and submittal tracking related to commissioning scope.
