Job summary

TurnKey Corrections in Kansas City, MO seeks a dependable Full Time Commissary & Facility Support Associate to assist with commissary distribution and warehouse duties inside a correctional facility. You will support daily operations, respond to detainee inquiries, handle deliveries, and perform basic data entry and equipment troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Distribute commissary products to detainees in accordance with company and facility procedures.
• Respond to and resolve detainee inquiries and issues related to commissary operations.
• Receive and organize deliveries.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including order preparation.
• Complete basic computer-based tasks and data entry as required.
• Troubleshoot and assist with the maintenance of on-site equipment, including: Computers, Network hub devices, Kiosks, Vending equipment.
• Navigate and work across multiple software platforms and company systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
