Job summary

Qualifications

• Floor care across hard surface types including cleaning, stripping, waxing and polishing.
• Carpet and soft surface care with stain removal and appropriate methods.
• Knowledge of environmental safety practices and chemical handling.
• Strong communication with team members, supervisors and clients.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment (buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors) and perform basic maintenance.
• Requires physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, reliability and commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or floor technician roles is preferred.

Responsibilities
