Qualifications

• Two years as an Assistant Superintendent or equivalent experience in construction.
• Five years as a Superintendent preferred.

• Conduct meetings and maintain project schedules.

Skills

Proficient in company software and Microsoft Office

Understanding of construction means and methods

Advanced understanding of blueprint reading

Excellent communication skills
