Job summary

Qualifications

• CNC programming for milling and machining operations.
• Machining and milling; setup, tooling selection, process optimization.
• Interpreting engineering drawings, prints, and CAD/CAM models.
• Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or similar) and CAD/CAM software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Relevant technical education or apprenticeship in machining or related field.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision industries.

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for milling and machining to produce precision components.
• Review technical drawings and models to verify requirements.
• Select tooling and machining strategies.
• Set up and prove out programs on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with machinists to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
