Job summary

Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC is seeking a Cloud Community Advisor to lead engagement with cloud communities and to edit and review Statements of Work for cloud task orders. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly and on-site work in Herndon, VA.

The ideal candidate will bring cloud services expertise, strong written and verbal communication, and experience in cloud/hybrid environments, contributing to an IC-wide multi-cloud initiative and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive cloud experience.
• At least 4 years in a cloud or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members.
• Engage with cloud community members across media platforms.
• Respond to technical cloud requests promptly and effectively.
• Educate Government customers on cloud services to meet mission needs.
• Review SOWs for cloud task orders and advise on edits.
• Ask technical questions to gather information for comprehensive SOWs.
• Create educational cloud content from community interactions.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with account management, vendor, provisioning, and communications teams.
• Provide regular updates on community feedback and issues.
