Job summary

Pantheon Clinical Research in Bountiful, Utah is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage active industry-sponsored trials on a full-time, on-site basis.

The candidate should have at least two years of coordinator experience, be able to independently manage study visits, sponsor interactions, and data collection while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Compensation ranges from $28.37 to $31.25 per hour, approximately $59k–$65k annually for full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
• Experience managing industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and IRB regulations.
• Experience with EDC and CTMS platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple active clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials
• Screen, consent, enroll, and schedule study participants
• Conduct study visits and protocol-required procedures
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, IRB requirements, and sponsor protocols
• Maintain accurate source documentation
• Enter study data into EDC systems and resolve data queries
• Coordinate laboratory collections, processing, and shipments
• Track investigational product, study supplies, and laboratory kits
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, monitors, investigators, and participants
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspectionsMaintain essential regulatory and study documentation
• Manage multiple studies simultaneously while meeting enrollment and data-quality goals
