Job summary

Folio Clinical Research in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to manage daily trial activities under the Principal Investigator. This full-time role is based on-site in the Murray/Salt Lake City area, with responsibilities five days a week.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain study documents, coordinate with Sponsors and CROs, oversee informed consent, and support patient recruitment throughout the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience supporting pharmaceutical/medical device studies.
• Experience with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of urology and related therapeutic areas and medical terminology.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data management and Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP).
• Commitment to patient safety and data integrity; ability to work ethically in trials.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with teams, physicians, and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and Institutional Compliance: ensure activities comply with federal regulations, policies, and sponsor requirements.
• Documentation Management: secure and accurate storage of all study documents in compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements.
• Study Oversight: assist PI to meet compliance standards including IRB approvals and safety requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: communicate with Sponsors, CROs, and internal team members to facilitate progress.
• Meeting Participation: engage in SQVs, SIVs, IMVs, and other key study meetings.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptation: anticipate obstacles and offer solutions to maintain study momentum.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: manage study inventory and equipment as required.
