Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.

• Proficiency with EDC systems and data entry accuracy.
• Experience with scheduling visits and regulatory documentation.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate EDC data entry and manage data queries.
• Maintain regulatory binder compliant with audits.
• Coordinate subject visits, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Schedule visits and collect medical history.
• Assist with informed consent and IRB‑approved protocols.
• Uphold participant safety and report issues per SOPs.
