Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license in Kentucky (Ohio, if applicable).
• Board-certified or board-eligible, if applicable.
• Certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services, including examinations, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and ensure billing/coding compliance.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary care team and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing learning to maintain board certification and licensure.
