You will coordinate paperwork, manage calendars, prepare reports, and assist with travel, billing, and office operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be available to work fully on-site.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings.
• Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow, monitoring for areas of improvement.
• Assist in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms, statements, signature forms, and reports.
• Support daily office operations including scheduling meetings, managing mail, client file organization, and maintaining supply orders.
• Manage bill payments, prepare month-end expense reports, and track financial transactions including distributions and credit postings.
• Coordinate client travel arrangements including itinerary preparation, flight research, and special accommodations.
• Maintain client calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate household maintenance services.
• Process payroll, create invoices, and manage vendor reporting and documentation.
• Handle customs forms, property management reports, and banking correspondence as needed.
• Support special projects including property renovations and client-specific initiatives.
• Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed.
• Coordinate client and team events.
