Traffic Planning & Design, Inc. is hiring Construction Inspectors (multiple levels) in the United States.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, NICET preferred, and a strong work ethic with the ability to work on several projects with deadlines. Responsibilities include daily construction inspections across roadways, drainage, paving, and structures, plus documentation, quantity measurement, and as-built preparation.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• EIT or B.S. in Civil Engineering is a plus (not required).
• NICET Certification: I-IV is preferred.
• At least one of ACI, NJSAT, TCC or CCTC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specs (roadway, drainage, paving, foundations, etc.).
• Document on-site observations in Daily Inspection Reports and other required reports.
• Measure and record quantities for payment.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Serve as on-site project representative.
