Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters through multiple stages of the litigation lifecycle.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, participate in hearings, mediations, and settlements.
• Work directly with clients to understand objectives and provide strategic guidance.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written analyses.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff while managing deadlines and priorities.
• Negotiate practical resolutions while prepared to advocate aggressively when needed.
