Qualifications

• Experience with site civil construction elements (yard piping, structural concrete, mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours as project needs require.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and contract documents.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, photos, test reports, and construction record drawings.
• Track construction quantities and help prepare deficiency or punch lists.
• Act as Construction Manager representative regarding project progress and field issues.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to review progress and address field-related concerns.
• Promote site safety practices and report safety concerns to contractors and client.
