Job summary

SOLIC Capital Partners in Chicago offers a 2028 Summer Internship across restructuring and investment banking services. You will contribute to industry research, prepare client materials, and support financial modeling in a rigorous, team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is a finance/accounting sophomore with strong GPA and prior related internship experience, eager to learn and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Active sophomore majoring in Finance/Accounting with graduation planned Spring 2029.
• GPA of at least 3.70.
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform industry and client research using internet searches, databases, and reports.
• Assist in compiling, editing, and proofreading client presentations.
• Support the creation and management of virtual data rooms.
• Assist in drafting Confidential Information Memorandums and teasers.
• Develop valuation analyses and integrated financial models.
