Job summary

S&ME is seeking a TRETSR Level IV CEI Project Supervisor to oversee on-site construction engineering and inspection activities on a specific project. You will manage field operations, project documentation, and act as the liaison between S&ME, WVDOH, contractors, and stakeholders.

Strong WVDOH knowledge and leadership are essential. The role involves supervising inspection staff, preparing estimates and change orders, and monitoring contractor schedules while ensuring compliance with WVDOH

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• TRETSR - Level IV experience.
• Strong knowledge of WVDOH specifications, procedures and documentation systems.
• Experience supervising inspection staff or leading field operations.
• Proficiency with construction documentation platforms, schedule tracking and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site CEI inspection activities and field operations.
• Manage project documentation and materials certification.
• Prepare estimates and change orders.
