Job summary

Responsibilities

• Count till at beginning and end of each shift; verify transactions and till balances.
• Maintain the front office appearance by keeping it neat and clean.
• File daily invoices; call the bank on out of state and temporary checks.
• Call the finance company to verify customer information (balance due, available credit).
• Copy and match all finance approvals; process special orders and handwritten tickets.
• Take account payments for fabric checkouts or other miscellaneous payments.
