Job summary

PLEXSYS Interface Products UK LTD is looking for dedicated personnel to provide full-time, unsupervised support for critical simulation systems in Naples, Florida. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining complex systems, assisting customers during training, and ensuring effective system performance. The ideal candidate will have a Top-Secret clearance and be experienced in technical training related to C2ISR systems.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Must obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time on-site support for complex simulation systems.
• Assist customers during training and address system malfunctions.
• Perform fault isolation and repair for the C2ISR System.

Skills

Top-Secret clearance

CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification

Experience with Microsoft Windows

Effective communication skills

Education

Associate Degree or higher in a technical area

Specialized computer training in networking or database management
