Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Integration and Network Engineer to support NSWC Crane EW division. You will integrate EW systems with shipboard C2 and information-system environments, define data exchanges, and coordinate with cybersecurity authorities.

In-person work at Crane, with DoD program exposure. The role requires a BS in a technical field and 3+ years of experience in network or system integration, RMF/ATO knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with shipboard DoD networks and C2 systems.
• Knowledge of RMF, ATO, and cybersecurity documentation.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and briefings.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of EW systems with shipboard C2 and information-system environments.
• Develop integration approaches for exchanging EW data, tracks, logs, and updates.
• Assess shipboard networks (CANES or similar) for approved data-transfer paths.
• Define protocols, data flows, interfaces, and interoperability needs.
• Analyze routing, switching, addressing, and network-performance requirements.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and RMF considerations with authorities.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot lab and shipboard networks.
• Produce interface docs, architecture descriptions, and technical briefs.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, cyber, test, and program stakeholders.
