Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and flow charts.
• MRP/ERP experience required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage suppliers from selection through RFQ/RFP to negotiate costs and delivery.
• Lead supplier performance, kickoff, changes, and updates to meet expectations.
• Own procurement to meet costs, delivery and quality; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Use ERP/MRP to identify material risks and mitigate with suppliers.
• Conduct quarterly supplier scorecards and improvement plans.
• Drive solutions for flawless operations and customer service.
• Review MRP exceptions, PO status, and order actions daily.
• Identify alternate sources for obsolete parts and reduce supplier base.
• Maintain purchasing data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Adhere to company policies and handle hazardous waste properly.
• Perform other assignments as required.
