ISN Corporation is seeking a Building Manager to support its USMC contract at Camp Lejeune, NC. This full-time, on-site position requires US citizenship and the ability to manage on-site operations, maintenance, and security across multiple facilities.

You will coordinate contractors, assess facility conditions, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining safety standards. The role demands physical work and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and able to provide citizenship verification.
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• On-site, full-time, in-person role with no remote option.
• Strong coordination and contractor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and preserve real property assets and control costs.
• Coordinate all on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, safety, and security.
• Receive and coordinate service requests and issues.
• Investigate repairs or enhancement projects and coordinate execution.
• Analyze building systems to meet customer needs.
• Prepare scope of work and estimates for repairs.
• Perform physical tasks including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• On-site presence required; no remote work.
• Other duties as required.
