ISN Corporation seeks a Building Manager for a Camp Lejeune, NC location. The role is full-time and in-person, with an 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule, paid hourly.

Salary ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications. The position emphasizes maintaining facilities, coordinating operations, and delivering quality services to support federal missions.

Qualifications

• Responsible for maintaining building operations, costs, and quality facility-related services.
• Schedule is 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8 hours with 1 hour lunch; non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and preserve real property assets and manage operating costs.
• Coordinate on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, safety and security activities.
• Receive and coordinate responses to service requests and issues.
• Investigate and coordinate needed repairs or enhancement projects.
• Analyze building systems to ensure facility capability meets customer needs.
• Prepare scopes of work and monitor repairs by contractors.
• Oversee electrical, water, and utility systems as needed.
• Ensure consistent on-site presence; this is a fully in-person role.

We are seeking a Building Manager to support our USMC contract.

Key Responsibilities

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to provide documentation to verify citizenship.
• Maintaining and preserving the real property assets, maintaining or lowering operational costs, and ensuring the provision of quality facility-related services.
• Coordinatingall on-site building operations, maintenance,alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security activities.
• Receiving written or oral customer requests for service, complaints, and other issues and coordinates appropriate action or resolution. (Custodial or maintenance service calls, security, coordination of emergency responses, reimbursable activities, contractor coordination, and scheduling, conference facilities, concessions, and parking).
• Investigate and determine the need for repairs or enhancement projects, and coordinate the necessary repairs or projects.
• Analyzeand monitorthe impact on building systems and equipment to determine facility capability inmeeting customer needs.
• Prepares reviews and/or considers lifecycle condition analysis and similar assessments. From those findings, integrates and quantifies requirements into a scope of work for theproject.
• Prepares specifications forestimatesand monitors repairs by contractors to all items ofoperating equipment and utilities; this may include electrical systems, water supply and sewage systems inaddition to repairs necessitated by damage to buildings due to fire, storms, vandalism, etc.
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks such as but not limited to: standing for prolonged periods of time, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, walking up and down flights of stairs, walking between buildings you are assigned.
• Delegation and multi-tasking ability, while working in a faced paced environment.
• The Building Manager role requires consistent on-site presence. This is a fully in-person position and remote/or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
• Other duties as required to meet the needs of the Program.

The listed pay is the maximum amount for this position at this location. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
