Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience with both building construction and building code.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of structures during construction to ensure compliance with codes.
• Review construction plans and specifications for discrepancies or code-related concerns.
• Issue correction or stop-work notices when code violations are observed; provide technical interpretation to contractors and others.
