Job summary

This full-time, on-site position requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and effective communication. Salary is $42,000 annually, with standard 40-hour weeks and some flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Three years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong knowledge of finance principles and GAAP concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze budgets and performance measures.
• Monitor budgets and program performance, and compile reports.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring accounting controls.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Advise staff on budget issues to stay within allocations.
