As a Brand Ambassador in Chicago, you will engage customers, build rapport quickly, and drive lead generation while representing multiple brands with energy and professionalism.

No experience is required for this entry-level role, and we encourage hospitality, retail, call center, team sports, and volunteering backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US and able to work full-time on-site in Chicago.
• No prior experience required; hospitality, retail, call center, team sport and volunteering experience count.
• Marketing or customer-facing study/work is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Represent campaigns at events, pop-ups and retail locations across Chicago.
• Build brand awareness and generate leads with engaging conversations.
• Explain products clearly and answer questions on the spot.
• Generate leads and win new customers for the brands we represent.
• Keep your stand presentable and on-brand throughout the day.
• Review results with your coach and share successful tactics with the team.
