Evolv, a Chicago-based marketing company, is hiring a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant to represent campaigns at events, pop-ups and retail locations across Chicago. You’ll focus on customer service, brand awareness and sales, while meeting new people every day.

No experience is required, you’ll receive paid training, a dedicated trainer and buddy, and a clear path to progression based on performance. This on-site, full-time role offers weekly pay and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll represent our partners’ campaigns, talking to customers face-to-face at events, pop-ups and retail locations across Chicago. The role is built around customer service, brand awareness and sales. You’ll be on your feet and meeting new people every day.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Authorization to work in the US, and availability to work full-time on-site in Chicago
• A real people person who’s confident starting conversations with strangers
• Someone positive, resilient and coachable, who takes feedback and acts on it
• Someone who’s happy on their feet and enjoys a busy, varied day
• No experience needed. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail or a call center, played team sport or volunteered, you already have the core skills for this role.
• Bonus if you have customer service, sales or marketing experience

• 600–900 per week, paid weekly, plus a performance bonus
