Job summary

Photronics seeks a Global Manager, Sales Engineering to lead technical sales strategy for photomask solutions globally. You will manage Sales Engineers, translate device requirements into manufacturable photomask solutions, and collaborate with regional sales, engineering, and operations to drive revenue growth.

Frequent collaboration with customers and internal teams will shape the technology roadmap and service capabilities to meet market demands.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in semiconductor manufacturing, photomasks, lithography, process engineering, or technical sales.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical sales or applications teams.
• Experience supporting global or multinational semiconductor customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Sales Engineering function with coaching and direction.
• Partner with regional sales leadership for strategic account planning and complex technical sales.
• Oversee development of technical proposals and tailored photomask solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D to meet customer requirements.
• Provide market feedback to inform technology development and product strategy.
• Travel 20-35% to customer sites and events.
