Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service is seeking a Boilermaker/Pipefitter/Combo Welder in Dallas, TX. Travel daily to customer sites to assemble boilers, tanks, vats, and pressure vessels according to blueprints, using power tools and hand tools.

The role includes reading blueprints, piping, welding in 6G position, and ensuring assemblies meet ASME standards. Education requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
•  Must pass a 6G weld test, including a super coupon.
•  Valid driver's license required.
•  Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assembles boilers, tanks, vats, and pressure vessels per blueprint using power and hand tools.
•  Reads blueprint to determine location and relationship of parts.
•  Connects tubes and fittings and extinguishes components per ASME standards.
•  Threads and cuts pipe; tightens bolts and mounts components as required.
•  Performs welding in 6G position and verifies system integrity.
