Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America seeks a BIM Manager to lead the on-site BIM Department on a hyper-scale data center project in Amarillo, TX. You will mentor the project team, develop BIM standards, and coordinate with IT, engineering, and construction professionals to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities include implementing BIM platforms (Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, iConstruct, Dynamo, SketchUp), leading 4D scheduling, and maintaining project-wide BIM strategies in line with the client

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in AEC industry required.
• Industrial/advanced manufacturing project experience required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the local BIM team to support project delivery.
• Represent the BIM department in client meetings and project coordination.
• Educate teams on BIM software platforms and workflows used in construction.
• Read and interpret contract drawings and model deliverables.
• Implement BIM platforms (Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, iConstruct, Dynamo) on large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with IT and BIM staff to maintain company-wide BIM standards.
