Responsibilities

• Communicate with Kansas City Sales office and Dodge City shipping and billing departments.
• Organize and confirm correct paperwork for the billing process.
• Process government documents for orders leaving the facility.
• Understand the billing, customer invoicing, and auditing process to generate accurate paperwork.
• Distribute and deliver paperwork to various departments in a timely manner.
• Verify customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information before completing paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
